Lenovo has announced the ThinkCentre A70 and M70e desktops – a desktop duo that gives customers a new, stylish design with powerful processing capabilities at a bargain price. Created for small to medium businesses SMB, the A70 features the latest processing, memory and graphics performance at a price tag starting at SGD 887. The M70e builds on the A70’s platform with advanced features for greater expandability, stability and manageability for large business customers.
Customers can buy the ThinkCentre A70 at TheNerds and M70e at MacMall.

“ThinkCentre M90z – A Full-Scale Commercial AIO

The ThinkCentre M90z has beauty and brains, packing the full performance of a traditional desktop into a slick 23-inch display. It comes equipped with choices of the latest Intel Core i5 and i3 processors, DDR3 memory, selection of hard drives or a solid state drive, a DVD player and optional WiFi/Bluetooth. The space-saving, slim AIO can fit just about anywhere in a home or office by using one of the optional ergonomic stands: frame, height adjustable, extended arm or wall mount arm.

The M90z also takes web conferencing to a higher level with a number of optional features that give it both style and substance:

While the M90z saves space and fights clutter on the desk, for IT departments, it includes a full complement of manageability features for large businesses. Lenovo’s ThinkVantage Technologies productivity tools are included, and the M90z supports Intel vPro and Lenovo’s Hardware Password Manager for encrypted hard drives. Additionally, users can easily remove the back to upgrade the AIO.

ThinkStation C20/C20x – A Fit for Finance & Wealth Management

Lenovo designed the ThinkStation C20 and C20x workstations with the ultra-compact, number-crunching performance needed to drive financial markets. With space at a premium at standard traders’ desks, the C20’s small size – it’s 46% smaller than the Dell Precision T5500 and 31% smaller than the HP Z600 – without compromising on performance. Its size allows for more ThinkStation workstations to be installed in a rack or trader desk versus the competition. An analyst can also attach and run up to eight monitors. Lenovo engineered many industry “firsts” to package high performance into such a compact design. New Lenovo-developed technologies include a patented slim, rotatable optical drive and a tri-channel cooling system.

The workstations offer:

Lenovo has also unveiled two new monitors: the Lenovo L2230x Wide, combining a port replicator and 21.5-inch monitor into one device, and ThinkVision L2321x Wide “duo” monitor which features a dual display function so users can work in split screen mode.

The ThinkCentre M90z AIO is available now through Lenovo’s business partners and later this month on www.lenovo.com with models starting at approximately $899. The ThinkStation C20 and C20x will be available in mid-June with models of the C20 on the web starting at approximately $1,199. The C20x will be sold through business partners. The Lenovo L2230x Wide and ThinkVision L2321x Wide monitor will be available in mid-July through the web and business partners and are priced at $259.99 and $279.99, respectively.

The IdeaPad V460 comes with the Intel Core i5-430M processor and Nvidia GeForce dedicated / Intel HD integrated switchable graphics, or with the Intel Core i3-330M and Intel HD GPU only.

Both models include a 1366×768 LED-backlit glossy display, 320GB HDD, 4GB of DDR3 memory, a DVD writer, up to 4 hours of battery life, and Windows 7 Home Premium.

The IdeaPad V460 is via Lenovo official online store for a starting price of $899.

Lenovo’s eco laptops will be available with the Intel Core i3 or i5 processors and the Intel integrated or ATI Radeon dedicated graphics. “The laptops use up to 30 percent post consumer content from office water jugs and used IT equipment in parts like the LCD cover, palm rests and top/bottom case,” the press release says.

The ThinkPad L412 and L512 will hit the market mid-May with a base price of $649.

Processor choices include Intel Core i5-670, i5-660, i5-650, i5-540, and i3-530, as well as the Intel Pentium G6950 and Intel Celeron G1101.

“As the first server with Intel® Active Management Technology, it makes remote management easy for customers who may not have a dedicated IT staff. It also includes enterprise-class reliability features like memory error correction and built-in RAID protection,” the press release says.

The Lenovo ThinkServer TS200v starts under $500 and will be available beginning in March through business partners and www.lenovo.com.

The new mobile computers, aimed at business users, are based on the latest 2010 Intel Core i processor family.

The ThinkPad X201, X201s, X201 tablet, W701, and W701ds will be available beginning in March for approximately $1,199, $1,599, $1,549, $2,199 and $3,799, respectively.

The ThinkCentre A63 features a tower form factor, AMD’s processors including Athon II and Sempron, up to 4GB of DDR3 memory, integrated AMD RS760 or dedicated NVDIA GeForce 310 512MB graphics, up to 500GB of hard drive space, and an optional DVD-ROM or DVD burner.

Lenovo’s ThinkCentre A63 runs Windows 7 OS and starts at $419 at the Lenovo official website.

The notebooks feature the new Intel Core processors, up to Core i7.

“The new laptops are based on upcoming Intel Core dual-core processors and equip users with faster multi-tasking performance, more energy efficient performance and greater manageability for IT departments. Beyond powerful processing performance improvements, the new laptops extend individual productivity with never before seen ThinkPad 22 hour battery life on select models, more multitouch screen options and a single wireless broadband solution with the Qualcomm Gobi 2000 module,” the press release says.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T410s, T410, T510 and W510 will be available in the United States beginning January 7. Prices start at $1,399 for the T410s, $999 for the T410 and T510 and $1,599 for the W510.

The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge includes Intel or AMD-powered 13-inch, and Intel-based 14- and 15-inch models. The laptops feature “a new contemporary keyboard”, a over eight hours battery life, optional 3G and WiMAX connectivity, and black, red or silver chassis.

The ThinkPad Edge 13-inch version will be available from January 5 with the start price of $550 for a basic model. The 14 and 15 inch versions will be available starting in 2Q 2010.
