Lenovo Announces ThinkServer TS200v

Lenovo has announced the ThinkServer TS200v, a tower server “with unprecedented management capabilities and solid reliability at a desktop price.”

Processor choices include Intel Core i5-670, i5-660, i5-650, i5-540, and i3-530, as well as the Intel Pentium G6950 and Intel Celeron G1101.

“As the first server with Intel® Active Management Technology, it makes remote management easy for customers who may not have a dedicated IT staff. It also includes enterprise-class reliability features like memory error correction and built-in RAID protection,” the press release says.

The Lenovo ThinkServer TS200v starts under $500 and will be available beginning in March through business partners and www.lenovo.com.
