HP Compaq 8000f Elite Ultra-slim Desktop PC Announced

HP has released the Compaq 8000f Elite Ultra-slim Desktop PC for business users, “the first Windows-based desktop PC to be free of brominated flame retardants (BFRs) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) from the wall to the mouse”.
The space saving Compaq 8000f Elite comes with Intel’s Core 2 processors, Intel vPro technology, the GMA 4500 series integrated graphics, up to 4GB of DDR2 RAM, up to 250GB of hard drive space or a 64GB solid state drive, and a DVD burner.
The PC measures 9.9 x 10 x 2.6 inches.
HP’s Compaq 8100f Elite starts at $849 and is expected to be available in the United States on Feb. 1.
