Dell Vostro 430 Mini Tower PC
Friday, October 30, 2009 17:05The Dell Vostro 430 Mini Tower is a new small business desktop PC, featuring the latest Intel Core i7 and i5 quad-core processors.
Based on the Intel P55 chipset, the Vostro 430 comes with the Core i7-870, i7-860, or i5-750 CPU, the ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB, NVIDIA GeForce GT220 1GB, or NVIDIA GeForce GTS240 1GB video card, up to 8GB of 1333MHz DDR3 memory, and up to 2TB of 7,200rpm storage space using dual hard drives. The PC includes a DVD-ROM, DVD burner, Blu-ray combo drive, or Blu-ray burner.
Dell’s Vostro 430 has one PCIe x16, one PCIe x1, and two PCI slots, a 350W power supply, twelve USB ports (4 front, 6 back, 2 internal), optional 802.11n wireless PCIe card and modem, a Gigabit LAN port, and optional 19-in-1 media card reader and Firewire.
Its mini-tower chassis has dimensions of 14.58 (h) 6.69 (w) 17.43 (d) inches. The system weighs between 17.86 and 23.48lbs, depending on configuration.
The desktop runs Windows 7 OS and starts at $699. It can be purchased at the Dell Small Business store.
