HP ProLiant G7 DL165 G7, DL385 G7, SL165z G7 Servers Announced

Hewlett-Packard has introduced three HP ProLiant G7 servers based on the new AMD Opteron 6100 Series CPUs: the ProLiant DL165 G7 and DL385 G7 rack servers, and the ProLiant SL165z G7 scale-out “skinless” server. According to the company, the ProLiant G7 servers with the latest AMD Opterons “deliver a 27 times performance-per-watt increase”.
