Lenovo ThinkServer TS200v

Lenovo has announced the ThinkServer TS200v, a tower server “with unprecedented management capabilities and solid reliability at a desktop price.”

Processor choices include Intel Core i5-670, i5-660, i5-650, i5-540, and i3-530, as well as the Intel Pentium G6950 and Intel Celeron G1101.

DocStoc Docstore Marketplace Launched

DocStoc Docstore MarketplaceCloud-based document-hosting service DocStoc has launched Docstore Marketplace, an online iTunes-style store that allow any individual or corporate user to sell documents either through the DocStoc site or via the service’s embedded document viewer.

Founder and CEO Jason Nazar said that the company intends to become “the premier online marketplace for small businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals.” It will enable professionals such as single-practice or small-practice lawyers, accountants and real estate brokers to monetize the documents that they create for their businesses, such as loan or financing agreements, financial statements, mortgage papers and so on.

Lenovo has announced the new ThinkPad X201 and X201s ultraportable laptops, and the X201 multitouch tablet PC, all with the 12.1-inch displays, as well as the 17-inch W701 and W701ds mobile workstations.

The new mobile computers, aimed at business users, are based on the latest 2010 Intel Core i processor family.

Toktumi Line2 v 2.0 iPhone VoIP App Released

Toktumi, a small business phone services provider, has announced that the VoIP-enabled version of its calling app Line2, Version 2.0, has been approved by Apple and is now available for download on iTunes.

The Line2, which adds a second number to the iPhone, is now “the first iPhone calling app that works over 3G, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks using the same number.”

The Blackberry smartphone maker Research In Motion (RIM) has announced the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express (BESX), a free version of BES.

BES Express is aimed at small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). It provides BlackBerry email, calendar, contacts, notes and tasks syncing services and basic BES security.
