iWork for iPadApple has released the iPad, an iPhone OS-based multi-touch tablet device with a 9.7-inch display.

The device is primarily designed for web surfing, multimedia, gaming, and e-book reading. For business use, it could be interesting that it also runs iWork for iPad, the “first desktop-class productivity suite designed specifically for Multi-Touch.”

Google has released Google Voice app for iPhone OS 3.0 and higher and Palm Web OS devices.

Google Voice mobile web app lets iPhone and Palm Web users access a streamlined version of the Google Voice inbox, as well as display user’s Google Voice number as the outbound caller ID, send and receive free SMS messages, and place international calls at affordable rates, the company says.

Buffalo Technology has announced the TeraStation ES TS-XEL/R5, a network attached storage (NAS) device for small businesses.

The TeraStation ES TS-XEL/R5 is available with capacities of 2TB, 4TB, 6TB and 8TB. It has four hard drive bays, two Gigabit Ethernet ports and two USBs 2.0, and supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, and JBOD.
